At Nixplay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your digital frame experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your frame for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the return or exchange process.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the Nixplay frame, power adapter, and all original accessories back into their original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
